2. Trademarks
Voxify™, the Voxify logo, and associated brand elements including the tri-color gradient identity, distinctive product names ("Amélie" AI receptionist), and specific phrases such as "Quebec's only AI receptionist built for Quebec businesses" and "zero-knowledge encryption for AI voice agents" are trademarks of Voxify S.E.N.C.
Unauthorized use of Voxify trademarks in a manner likely to cause confusion, or in commerce related to virtual receptionist, AI voice, or answering services, is prohibited and may constitute trademark infringement under the Canadian Trademarks Act.

Some sub-processors (Twilio, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Deepgram, Vapi, Railway) and open-source libraries used in Voxify's operations retain their own copyright and licensing terms. Voxify's Terms do not override those third-party rights. Voxify's DPAs with each sub-processor are available on request to registered customers.
